OCF Challenge Exceeds Goal!

We did it! Thanks to our generous donors, we exceeded our goal for the OCF Challenge and helped kickstart fundraising for Civic Park. On November 29th, we launched our Oregon Community Foundation Challenge fundraiser. The fundraiser coincided with a matching challenge grant presented to ECA by the Oregon Community Foundation. Our goal was to raise $100,000 by December 31st. OCF would then match the $100,000 raised through the fundraiser, doubling the amount of each donation.

The fundraiser drew a strong showing of support from the community and raised even more than we anticipated. The final donation tally was $113,004, with $100,000 matched by OCF making the total amount of dollars raised for Civic Park $213,004! Thank you to everyone who helped make this campaign a success! We know that with support like this, we can make Civic Park a reality and create a place where everyone in our community can learn to Play On!
