Off the Waffle Week is Here!

Last week we made a major announcement in our Give Play campaign. Thanks to the generosity of ECA supporter Eric Hample, donations made to our Give Play campaign will now be matched! Eric has issued a $5,000 matching gift challenge. This means that every gift raised between now and Christmas will be matched by Eric’s gift, up to $5,000. This effectively doubles the impact of your gift, tutoring a $50 contribution into $100 or a $100 gift into $200 for Civic Park! This week, we are celebrating Off the Waffle Week with a special offer for contributors to the campaign. When you donate $10 or more to ECA, you’ll automatically receive a $5 Off the Waffle gift card! And, containing this week, all donors will receive a coupon for a free 16-ounce beverage from The Human Bean. Piping hot waffles and a cozy cup of coffee, what a perfect pairing!

Don’t forget to mark your calendars for a New Year’s Eve Celebration with ECA and Viking Braggot! On December 31st, Viking Braggot will host a fun-filled evening with drinks, appetizers, and music at their Southtowne Pub. ECA will be there to share some our successes from the past year and give a preview of plans for Civic Park in 2019. As a fundraiser for ECA, $1 from every pint sold will be donated to Civic Park.
