OCF Challenge Sees Strong First Week
December 6, 2016
We are officially one week into the OCF Challenge campaign! The campaign, which launched on #GivingTuesday (11/29), saw early success with a $10,000 donation from former Eugene Mayor, and current 4J School Board member, Jim Torrey. Mr. Torrey is a member of our Campaign Leadership Team and has been a strong supporter of Civic Park since ECA was founded. His gift covers 10% of the total goal for the campaign and provides a strong foundation for the rest of the campaign.
After one week, the campaign has raised $14,250 of the $100,000 goal. All funds raised, up to $100,000, will be matched by a challenge grant from Oregon Community Foundation.
The OCF Challenge will continue through December 31st, with events and giveaways taking place each week. This week’s campaign events include:
December 6-9:
Donors who give $100 or more receive a $10 Off the Waffle gift card (while supplies last) All donors receive 20% off the ECA online store and a $5 coupon code for Picky Bars!
